Mark has been carrying out geophysical surveys for over twenty years and has worked on a wide variety of sites in three continents. His specialties are archaeological surveys, utility tracing, brownfield site assessments, topographic and UXO surveys. Mark has an in depth knowledge of the commercial geophysics market having worked for companies in the UK and New Zealand. He brings to Phase Site Investigations his extensive management skills and knowledge of a wide range of geophysical applications. Mark is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists.
Outside of work Mark enjoys travelling and seeing new places, where he tends to spend most of his time looking at interesting rock formations and historical sites, as well as enjoying the local food and drink.
Nikki is a Chartered geologist and has been involved in site investigations for over fifteen years. Her background was in exploration geophysics but after obtaining an MSc in Engineering Geology from Imperial College she worked in geotechnical engineering for both public and private sector organisations. Nikki has also worked for an engineering geophysics company, where she specialised in brownfield site assessments and developed survey and processing procedures. Nikki brings to Phase Site Investigations an in-depth understanding of site investigation processes incorporating both geotechnical and geophysical expertise.
Nikki loves the great outdoors and has made it her ambition to try and visit all the major natural landmarks the world has to offer. White water rafting is the most fun activity she has sampled on her travels with sky diving being the most terrifying!
